Pricing and Payment
We provide free quotes for all of our cleaning services. The final price for our services will be agreed upon by you and us prior to the cleaning appointment. Payment for our services is due at the time of the cleaning appointment. We accept payment by credit card, cash, or check. If you prefer to pay by check, please make the check payable to “Ganesh Himal Canberra.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.If we need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we will do our best to provide you with as much notice as possible.

Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our cleaning services to our clients. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your property or belongings that occur as a result of our cleaning services.If you have any concerns about our cleaning services or notice any damage, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
